We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any breach of these Terms. You must notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized access.   9. Subscriptions & In Account Credits Wealth Passage may offer free trial periods for new users. At the end of the trial, your payment method will be charged unless you cancel in advance. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no refunds are issued after the trial. Annual plans cannot be downgraded mid-term. Purchased and provided in-account credits are non-refundable and do not roll over. New features may be introduced at an additional cost and existing features may change. Wealth Passage’s affiliated services, including Pathwaize, may have additional terms or pricing updates associated with their respective features or offerings.

    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE MAXIMUM CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF WEALTH PASSAGE TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, COSTS, OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO WEALTH PASSAGE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.

    THIS LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY IN CASES OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT BY WEALTH PASSAGE. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
  11. No Spam Wealth Passage prohibits the sending of unsolicited bulk messages via our platform. All communications must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and include opt-out instructions. We reserve the right to screen and remove spam content.
  12. Wealth Passage’s Additional Remedies Wealth Passage may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent or remedy violations of intellectual property rights or other breaches.

These services are intended to provide educational guidance, resources, and support in the form of personalized coaching, action plans, accountability measures, and access to experienced coaches or trainers.

    While coaching is designed to assist in progress toward your goals, results are not guaranteed. Your participation, effort, and execution of action items are essential to success. By participating in coaching sessions, you agree to take full responsibility for your decisions and actions.

    All coaching discussions are considered confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or ethical standards, including situations involving illegal or harmful activities.

    The scope of coaching may include but is not limited to: strategic planning, resource sharing, problem-solving, education, goal setting, and answering questions based on the coach’s experience and expertise.

    You agree to hold Wealth Passage and its coaches harmless for any perceived negative outcomes or lack of results. Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, or a substitute for professional services outside its intended scope.
